News headlines have ceaselessly been trumpeting the theatre of war in Ukraine and in Israel, and the theatre of the absurd in Washington D.C.. It’s been a deafening cacophony, drowning out news and events from elsewhere. Yet, this month there has been plenty of international news that has gone largely unnoticed in mainstream media, and the occurrences are likely to significantly alter the globalists’ agendas.
This is another issue of the Monthly Global Monitor, a newsletter dedicated to tracking news and activities at the United Nations (UN), World Economic Forum (WEF), and the World Health Organization (WHO), with a special perspective of how these global bodies are impacting Canadians. The WHO is holding its general assembly this week and will highlight the passing of the international Pandemic Treaty. Here is the latest news from Geneva: World Health Assembly adopts historic Pandemic Agreement to make the world more equitable and safer from future pandemics.
In Davos, the WEF network was rocked with the surprise, abrupt resignation of Klaus Schwab – and now there are multiple controversies swirling around the organization concerning a tarnished Schwab legacy of misdeeds and misappropriation of funds.
The UN is reporting that the organization is facing an unprecedented financial crisis and many international programs and services are needing to be cut.
For Canadians, these news stories should be of concern. The WHO’s Pandemic Treaty and its One Health approach will have a direct impact on how the government responds to the next global pandemic emergency. Canadians need to better understand how the WHO intends on coordinating not only health care, but all government activities during a declared pandemic crisis.
The backstories at the WEF and the disgraced exit of its founder Klaus Schwab will reflect on its Board and the core group of Davos insiders. How might the group around Schwab be implicated? And how do the two leading Canadians – Trustee Chrystia Freeland and former Trustee and WEF’s global financier point-man Mark Carney – factor into the story?
As for the financial mess at the UN, Canadians need to be mindful of the endless donations of millions of dollars continuously being pledged by the Liberals. In the fall of 2024, then PM Justin Trudeau pledged $200 million to UN programs – and now a trickle of new funding announcements are adding up. For example, there were recent donations of $100 million in new humanitarian relief for Palestinians and, just this week another $40 million in support of UN peace operations.
